Altadore
Altadore was established in 1990 in a beautiful Portuguese style villa which was internally redesigned and extended. Our care is person centered and emphasis is placed on comfort and tranquillity. At Altadore we take pride in the excellent standard of food served and the choices made available to our residents daily.
We offer a comprehensive, flexible activities programme designed to enhance the quality and enjoyments of our residents’ lives. The activities aim to engage them socially and cognitively, physically and creatively, as well as spiritually.
Residents are encouraged to participate in physical exercises within their range of capability, and physical movement is regularly incorporated into our activities. We even have weekly pet therapy sessions.
